    Highigh efficiency cleaning mode

    In the process of SMT, the suction nozzle is quite easily adhered with solder paste or dirt etc. If maintenance has not been done for a long time or the cleaning is not thorough enough while maintaining it, the paste and dirt will be hardened so as to increase the difficulty of cleaning, even it will result in blockage and scraps after long-time accumulation.

    It practically proves that the cleaning machine can effectively deal with inflexible solder paste and thoroughly clean the suction nozzle with complex structure.

    Automatic nozzle cleaner cleaning efficiency

    1.cleaning efficiency:
    24 nozzles can be placed at a time and 24 nozzles can be cleaned at the same time. Using a setting of 2 minutes for washing and 1 minute for blow-drying, the average cleaning time for each nozzle is 7.5 seconds.Calculated in 1 hour (3600S): 3600÷7.5 = 480pcs (theoretical value)

    2.Cleaning efficiency:
    30 nozzles can be placed at a time, divided into 10 groups, each group of 3 cleaning, using each group of cleaning 1 minute, blow-drying 30 seconds to calculate. It takes 15 minutes to clean 30 nozzles, with an average individual cleaning time of 30 seconds. Calculation in 1 hour (3600s): 3600÷30=120pcs(theoretical value)

    Attention

    The two types of cleaning efficiency are different.
    1. One is to clean 24 nozzles at the same time, set to clean for 3 minutes, and each nozzle is cleaned for the set time.
    2. The other one is to clean 3 nozzles at the same time, the set time is a single set of time, and it takes 10 times longer to clean all 30 nozzles.

    Conclusion:Under the same air pressure, the longer it takes to clean a single nozzle, the better the cleaning effect is guaranteed.
