Applications and advantages of PCB shuttle conveyor

Applications and advantages of PCB shuttle conveyor 1.Efficient automatic handling equipment The PCB shuttle conveyor uses the transfer trolley to slide on the rail, which can carry the load from one work station to another at high speed, and at the same time, according to the actual need, it can also make it convenient to turn the load, it is an important equipment in the automatic production line. In modern industrial product manufacturing, due to the need of market competition, the product production is required to have high production efficiency, yield and safety, and the load transfer machine has the advantages of stable operation, fast production tempo, no manual operation, 24-hour continuous operation, low cost of equipment, etc., which fully meets the requirements of high efficiency automation production, and thus is widely used in the manufacturing industry. 2.Working Principle PCB shuttle conveyor is a kind of parallel transition conveying equipment applied between the two ends of the automatic production line or between two conveying lines with deviations in the center line. It is mainly composed of several parts, such as frame assembly, transfer trolley, conveying guide, and electrical control. All mechanical movements on the PCB shuttle conveyor are done by two motors and cylinders. Up and down are controlled by PLC to complete the action of the two cylinders, and the horizontal movement of the electromagnetic suction cups is completed by two motors respectively. The horizontal movement is three-phase asynchronous motor, and the lifting cylinder is single-acting cylinder. The lifting cylinder and horizontal moving motor only have the change of steering, no need to add or subtract speed, so the contactor is used to realize the change of steering. 3.Wide range of applications   The PCB shuttle conveyor can be used for the transfer of PCB boards with a width of 50 to 300 mm length for mounting or short insertion components. It can also be used for staggered translation splicing between multiple lines of SMT lines or DIP lines or other logistics systems to automatically transfer workpieces (PCBs or sheet materials) to the next production mode of a specific machine.
