Adapt to all kinds of SMT, DIP or assembly line fully automatic production. Adopting the track part which can automatically run the width of the track, the jacking rotary part and the automatic running part of the jacking platform, realizing the PCB changing edge out of the board.
Working principle: the machine seeks board → PCB enters and in place → jacking mechanism jacks up → jacking platform and movable rail according to the mode selection of front and back translation → jacking platform 180 degrees accurate rotation in place → jacking platform and movable rail according to the mode selection of front and back translation → jacking platform descends out of the board and finished → jacking platform and rail return to the initial position of the board entry → standby → weekly.
