The HS-810 integrated offline PCBA cleaning machine is a cost-effective, high-efficiency batch cleaning solution specially developed for SMT and THT electronic assembly production lines. It is widely used to eliminate various contaminants generated during PCBA soldering and assembly, including water-soluble residues, moderately active rosin (RMA), lead-free no-clean flux, electroplating salts, fingerprints, dust, solder balls and other stubborn dirt on circuit boards.

The machine integrates the whole process of cleaning, rinsing and drying within a single sealed cleaning chamber. It adopts a closed-loop recycling design for cleaning solvent, which drastically reduces the consumption of chemical agents and production costs. The whole machine is constructed of premium 304 stainless steel, featuring strong corrosion resistance and long service life. Equipped with mature PLC and touch screen control system, the operation is simple and intuitive. Working Process

This equipment adopts dual-layer 360° rotating spraying cleaning technology, realizing all-round coverage cleaning without dead angles. The complete working flow is standardized and automated as below:

1. Start Cleaning: Set cleaning cycles via touch screen, the cleaning pump starts to pressurize, and multiple nozzles spray cleaning solvent to flush PCBA thoroughly.
2. Rinsing Process: After cleaning, the rinsing pump delivers DI (Deionized) water for secondary rinsing to remove residual cleaning agent.
3. Filtration & Discharge: The used liquid passes through professional filters for purification. The cleaning solvent is recycled in a closed loop, while DI water is discharged after filtration.
4. Drying Process: Built-in circulating hot air system completes high-temperature drying to ensure PCBA surface is fully dry.

Key configuration for liquid treatment: Equipped with 5μm, 0.45μm multi-stage filters, which effectively intercept tiny contaminants such as solder paste, rosin and flux particles, protecting the circulating liquid and extending service life of pumps and nozzles.
