Loose rope and broken rope protection device: When the hoisting wire rope of the PCB stacker is loose or broken, the power supply of the hoisting motor is automatically cut off, and the cargo platform brake is stuck on the column to prevent the cargo platform from falling.
Safety measures for PCB stacker:
1. Loose rope and broken rope protection device: When the hoisting wire rope of the PCB stacker is loose or broken, the power supply of the hoisting motor is automatically cut off, and the cargo platform brake is stuck on the column to prevent the cargo platform from falling.
2. The PCB stacker has an overload protection device. When the load exceeds 10% of the rated lifting capacity, it will automatically cut off the power supply of the lifting motor.
3. The PCB stacker is equipped with double protection device of lifting limit limit switch and mechanical buffer. When the cargo platform exceeds the normal lifting stroke and reaches the upper and lower limit positions, the switch is triggered to automatically cut off the power supply of the hoisting motor, and the cargo platform will stop running. In addition, a buffer block with good impact resistance is added to the position beyond the upper and lower limits to force the loading platform to stop running.
4. The PCB stacker is equipped with a double protection device of operating limit switch and mechanical buffer block. When the stacker exceeds the normal running stroke and reaches the left and right limit positions, the switch is triggered to automatically cut off the power of the running motor, and the stacker will stop running. In addition, a buffer block with good impact resistance is added to the position beyond the left and right limit positions to force the stacker to stop running. The force acting on the buffer block is calculated under the conditions of full load and high-speed running of the stacker.
5. The PCB stacker is equipped with a manual emergency stop button, which can cut off the total power supply of the stacker in an emergency.
6. Electrical interlocking protection of PCB stacker.
7. The PCB stacker operated at multiple locations is provided with interlocks to ensure that the stacker can only be operated from one location at a certain time.
